Unit

Function

  • To carry out maintenance and minor repairs which includes the work of building, electronics, mechanical and electrical.
  • Calling for tender / quotation for construction work, repairs and maintenance at CIM Campus involving outside contractor.
  • Supervising the work of outside contractors for the construction, repair and maintenance of the buildings in CIM Campus.
  • Providing technical facilities and AVA equipment such as public address systems and audio-visual.
  • Inspecting the electrical systems, fire suppression system, air conditioning system in CIM Campus to be safe to use and functional.
  • Implementing the acquisition, recording, storing and maintaining assets and inventory accounted for under the Maintenance and Engineering Unit.
  • Managing the maintenance / landscaping at CIM Main Campus.
  • Managing the pest control service at CIM Main Campus.
  • Managing the main stores / centers including procurement / additions, receipt of goods, storage, maintenance and issuing stock.

Function

  • Manage the provision of facility services (lecture rooms, meeting rooms, hostel accommodation and other related requirements) for internal and external IKMa clients.
  • Manage catering services for internal and external IKMa clients (official and non-official events).
  • Manage building cleaning services, landscaping, and housekeeping services at IKMa.
  • Manage the rental process of IKMa facilities for internal and external clients.
  • Manage front desk services (counter services), reception, information desk, and participant accommodation registration (check-in/check-out) for course participants.
  • Manage hygiene services (hygiene supplies, water and air filtration systems, sanitation services, grease trap maintenance, and other related needs) for staff and course participants at IKMa.
  • Manage pest control services at IKMa.
  • Manage hotel and external facility bookings for IKMa programmes.
  • Manage the storage of raw materials for catering preparation.
  • Manage official IKMa procurement including uniforms, hotel accommodation, hostel equipment, kitchen equipment, and other related items.
